Work Location: Kansas City Missouri
Develops, analyses, and coordinates Medical Management Operations projects. Conducts analysis and assessment of operational programs, processes and outcomes, develops metrics, and identifies performance issues. Produces management reports, develops recommendations for process improvement. Tests equipment and systems in new locations and works with IT engineers to resolve system connection issues. Provides technical support to field offices on hardware and software issues.
Plans, organizes, and manages projects and teams as directed.
Conducts statistical analysis and business modeling of performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement.
Performs primary and secondary research independently.
Develops management reports for performance improvement teams.
Analyzes and reports on data, market trends, and government regulations pertaining to specific assignments.
Prepares and analyzes detailed business plans including cost benefit analysis for both short and long-term objectives.
Coordinates implementation of new Medical Management Operations policies and procedures.
Coordinates access to network services, including disconnecting and reconnecting switches, routers and USB battery backups at both locations. Collaborates with Voice and Network Engineers on network connections issues during testing.
Performs network dis-connections and connections for individual work stations at move locations.
Performs telephone line connectionss on punchdown block in telecommunication closets to connect wires in the telephone system to the local area network.
The block connects wires from the telephone company to the wires of the work stations, at the termination point of voice cabling.
Coordinates staff administrative support for the Director, Contact Center Operations.
Perform other duties assigned.
Regular and reliable attendance is required.
Bachelors degree in Business, Statistics, Economics or Health Care Administration or equivalent experience
Project management, business and operational planning, and process improvement
Data management, statistical analysis, report design and presentation skills
Minimum of three (3) years health care experience in operations, managed care, finance, and/or medical management
